Phuture Design was established in 2003 to provide clients from all sectors with:

We strive to provide our clients with innovative web solutions that go above and beyond the initial project brief to ensure full client satisfaction with our services. We are committed to continuous improvement and have implemented a Quality Management Policy to provide a framework for measuring and maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of our operations.
Phuture Design ensures that our client needs are clearly understood and met through our 5 stage project management process. This is underpinned by our personal interest in the success of the project and the client, ensuring that the service is consistently delivered in accordance with our Quality Management Policy.
Quality Management Policy
Phuture Design will ensure in providing and maintaining its services to its clients that:
- The quality policy is upheld and supported by staff at all levels
- Staff responsibilities and duties are clearly identified
- Staff are appropriately trained to enable them to undertake their tasks
- The quality policy is implemented throughout all client projects
- The server infrastructure and support guarantees 99% uptime
- All project documentation is securely stored, maintained and archived
- All web projects follow our 5 stage project management process
- There will be clear communication to all stakeholders
- Client feedback from projects will be gathered and used to improve quality management standards
